About KP Technology Ltd

KP Technology has a 26 year track record of supplying Kelvin Probe and Photoemission Spectroscopy equipment to measure work function and semiconductor energy levels (Ef, Ev, Ec, HOMO/LUMO). We have some 800 systems around the world customized for ambient, glove-box, relative humidity or vacuum operation. We also supply consultancy services for work function measurement of materials.
