Vidai is actively seeking strategic partnerships to strengthen Scotland’s sovereign AI capabilities and protect critical infrastructure. We are interested in the following collaboration areas: 1)Public Sector Infrastructure Pilots: We seek to partner with public sector bodies, such as the NHS or local government, to pilot sovereign AI gateways that ensure data residency and prevent fiscal “bill shock”. 2) SME Ecosystem Enablement: We are looking to collaborate with Scottish high-growth scale-ups to provide Tier-1 AI infrastructure that eliminates vendor lock-in and optimizes multi-vendor API costs. 3) Safety-Critical R&D: We welcome joint research into low-latency guardrails (<10ms) and “safety-critical” standards for AI deployment in regulated sectors and critical national infrastructure. 4) Policy & Regulatory Alignment: We aim to engage with partners to align our “Sovereign AI Fabric” roadmap with the Scottish AI Strategy’s mandate for ethical and inclusive AI.
