About Spectrolytic

Spectrolytic provides advanced inline oil condition monitoring systems and solutions that enable real-time visibility of lubricant and fluid health in critical industrial assets. Our technology helps operators reduce unplanned downtime, optimise maintenance strategies and improve asset performance through continuous, data-driven condition monitoring. At the heart of our solutions is our proprietary mid-infrared (MIR) sensor technology, developed in-house to deliver reliable, accurate and practical analysis directly within industrial environments. By combining innovative sensing technology, intelligent data processing and industry-focused system design, Spectrolytic delivers actionable insights where and when they are needed. Our unique capability lies in translating advanced sensing into robust, deployable monitoring solutions for sectors including energy, manufacturing, transport and heavy industry, supporting the transition towards predictive maintenance and smarter asset management.

Where to meet us

Spectrolytic plans to attend the following industry event over the next 24 months: Lubricant Expo Europe 2026 – 15–17 September 2026, Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. Spectrolytic will participate in this event to engage with stakeholders across the lubrication, condition monitoring, industrial asset management and predictive maintenance sectors, showcasing our inline oil condition monitoring solutions and exploring opportunities for customer engagement, technology partnerships and collaboration.

Open for R&D and collaborations

Spectrolytic is interested in research collaborations, joint development projects and commercial partnerships that support the advancement and deployment of inline oil condition monitoring solutions. We are particularly interested in collaborations involving industrial asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, sensor integration, data analytics, digitalisation of industrial processes, and the development of solutions that improve operational efficiency and reliability. We welcome opportunities to work with technology providers, industrial operators, research organisations and strategic partners to further enhance our monitoring capabilities, validate applications across new sectors including renewables, and accelerate the adoption of real-time condition monitoring technologies.
