Diodes Incorporated is a global manufacturer and supplier of application specific products across the discrete, logic, analog, and mixed signal semiconductor markets. The company serves a wide range of sectors including consumer electronics, computing, communications, industrial, and automotive. The Diodes fabrication facility in Greenock (GFAB) provides 150mm and 200mm silicon wafer processing, specialising in discrete devices such as Schottky diodes, MOSFETs, and bipolar transistors. GFAB also hosts a growing Technology Development group focused on building a full product portfolio for the site and establishing GFAB as a centre of excellence for MOSFET development and manufacturing.
