Eagle Ray Robotics

Eagle Ray Robotics is a Scottish technology company building software that allows underwater robots and sensors from different manufacturers to work together as coordinated fleets. Our core product, Constellation OS, is a vendor-agnostic operating system that connects autonomous underwater vehicles, remotely operated vehicles, and fixed subsea sensors, enabling them to share data, adapt to changing conditions, and complete missions more efficiently without constant human control. We focus on software rather than hardware, allowing operators to upgrade capability without replacing existing assets. Our strengths include fleet coordination, shared sensing, and reliable underwater communications in environments where GPS and traditional networks are unavailable. Eagle Ray Robotics holds patent-pending intellectual property in coordinated subsea autonomy and is positioned to support critical defence, offshore energy, and infrastructure monitoring applications where resilience, interoperability, and autonomy are strategically important.
