We are a solution finder and enabler serving start-ups, larger companies wishing to test a market or prototype and idea and individual inventors realising products from concept through to prototyping and small scale manufacture. Our expertise is in design and iterative prototyping of mechanical devices including those with basic electronic and software driven functions. We use CAD, additive manufacturing and have small scale CNC capability. Our approach and expertise is holistic including design for compliance, design for life-cycle, IP management, product-market fit and customer discovery. Projects currently span medical devices, defence hardware and recycling/sustainability equipment. Our ideal project typically includes considerable technical input to develop and make product. Commercial input to understand and validate that user requirement is met at the point of use and throughout the product life-cycle. Mentoring of founders to help the next generation of entrepreneurs understand the product development and realisation process is also key.
