Clas-SiC is a dedicated, open, pure-play, 150mm SiC wafer foundry, supporting customers all the way through development, seeding samples, up to medium volume production, after which we are able to actively facilitate transfer to a high volume foundry partner. Reliability proven SiC Process Design Kits (PDK’s) are available for low specific-on-resistance MOSFETs and JBS/MPS diodes. Clas-SiC offers not only device processing but also process module solutions as well as individual process capabilities which can be tailored to custom device processing requirements.

Open for R&D and collaborations
Clas-SiC is interested in collaborations which would use customised Clas-SiC devices for specific applications, to help develop use cases for SiC devices and result in spin-off business. Clas-SiC is also interested in collaborations to improve mobility and specifi c-on-resistance of SiC MOSFET’s.
